This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.

Delivery Area

We currently ship only to residential and commercial addresses located in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
Military bases or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Orders with shipping addresses outside the contiguous United States will be canceled and fully refunded.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

After an order is processed, standard delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 3 to 7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, carrier performance, and any unforeseen delays (weather, high volume periods, etc.).

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and collected in accordance with U.S. tax laws. Because all orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States, no customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your package.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
